More often than not, great photographs are more than simply the result of a series of sound technical decisions. Through careful study, we begin to see great pictures all around us. By challenging ourselves to work in common-place environments, we enhance our ability to "see".
In this fun and intensive one-day workshop, photographer Quinton Gordon will help you take vital steps towards making photographs "about" your subjects, rather then just "of" your subjects. After a morning of photographing on location- with Quinton's guidance on the importance of light, composition and learning to "look"- the group will return to the studio for an editing and critique session that will facilitate greater understanding of the art of seeing.
